UPDATE - 5/26/20
The Domestic Relations Office continues to be under a Judicial Emergency Order by the President Judge. Support conferences are being scheduled and will be heard through teleconference. Clients are not being seen in person. Parties will receive instructions on how to participate in support conferences in the mail with their scheduling notice. Specific case information can be obtained at www.childsupport.state.pa.us

Domestic Relations (DRS) is the provider of child support services in Lancaster County under the federal child support program (Title IV-D). These services include:
- Enforcement of support orders - financial and medical provisions of support orders
- Filing services for child support, spousal support, and/or alimony pendente lite actions
- Paternity establishment
- Support order establishment and modification of existing support orders
DRS employees provide general information to the public about the Pennsylvania Child Support Program and the services offered by DRS. However, employees are not permitted to provide you with specific legal advice. If you have legal questions about paternity or support matters, you should contact an attorney. If you do not have an attorney and want to retain one, you may call the Lancaster Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service at 717-393-0737. Child support program information is also available at the Court Self Help Center.
Existing Cases
If you have an existing support case in DRS, you can register on the state child support website to obtain specific information about your support case including payment information. You can also choose to receive email and/or text message notifications for payments received and scheduled appointments. Information can also be obtained by calling DRS customer service during regular business hours, Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 717-299-8141.
In the FAQs you will find general information by topic related to the child support program and available child support services in Lancaster County. Forms are available for download under some topics. If you do not find the answer to your question, please contact DRS.
NOTICE:
3rd parties should not enter the Domestic Relations Lobby area. Anyone not named in the support action will be asked to leave the Domestic Relations office for safety purposes. Please do not bring children with you to the office unless you are bringing them with you for paternity establishment purposes
